Alot of people seem to have a problem with understanding this so here is how to make one.

Say for example we want to make a ring we firstly create a normal ring then change the shape to 142 you then have to set the dura for the DMG multiplier ammount this is devided by 10,000 so if the dura is 20,000 u will get x2 normal DMG

So a x2 dmgring would be
SHAPE 142
DURA 20000
So a x5 DMGring would be
SHAPE 142
DURA 50000

For a candle or dmg weapon you need to set the anicount to 142 instead of the shape

So a x2 dmgcandle would be
ANICOUNT 142
DURA 20000
So a x5 dmgcandle would be
ANICOUNT 142
DURA 50000

Please bear in mind if you have the dura too low it will decrease the dmg inflicted so having 5000 dura would half the dmg inflicted
